Pale straw in colour; appley, tarte tatin aromas. In the mouth, yellow stonefruit, citrus and patisserie-like flavours sit against a framework of cleansing, taut acidity. The bead is persistent, the overall impression is of balance, elegance and restraint. 17/20 **** (4 stars)
