This is normally next working day by courier for orders received before midday, subject to courier's normal terms and conditions.
We deliver throughout New Zealand for your convenience.
Couriers normally leave a card to call them where recipients are not present at the designated address.
It is recommended to provide a business address for delivery as opposed to a residential address if the recipient works during the day.
Please add an extra 2-3 working days for South Island and Rural deliveries.
Our couriers don't normally deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please note that couriers often take longer to deliver during the week prior to Christmas. We are closed between Christmas eve and the first working day after new year.
If there is a particular date or event which delivery is intended to meet, please allow more than one additional working day for delivery and contact us 2-3 working days prior to ordering to confirm the most practicable delivery solution.
We reserve the right to charge an extra $6.00 for rural or small island deliveries.
Choose the Wellington delivery option for Wellington and Upper Hutt and Lower Hutt.
Tawa, Porirua, Whitby and Plimmerton are included.
Pukerua Bay and the Kapiti Coast are not included in the Wellington delivery please choose North Island or Rest of NZ.
We are normally unable to deliver to PO Box numbers - please contact us before purchasing if this is a requirement.
In the unlikely event of non delivery (in whole or part of an order) our liability shall be limited to the replacement of the order (or part thereof).

Your contract with us is governed by New Zealand Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand justice.
Orders from outside New Zealand to recipients within New Zealand are welcome.
