Our Brut cuvée is made from the three traditional Champagne grapes: 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, then patiently aged for three years in our cellars.  Our most popular style, it displays a pale yellow-green colour with fine, delicate bubbles.  Subtle aromas of green apple, lemon, gingerbread and nuts unfold on the palate, making this an effortlessly versatile champagne from aperitif right through to dessert.

Our Premier Cru is the pure expression of Champagne terroir, crafted from a blend of selected 1er cru vineyards.  Pinot Noir leads the cuvée, bringing its signature power and beautifully developed character, shaped by five years of ageing on the lees.  The first impression reveals white flowers and stone fruit, followed by layers of Danish pastry, fresh bread and honey.  This is only the beginning of its aromatic journey, with further complexity waiting to unfold with time and patience in your cellar.
