Our Brut cuvée is made from the three traditional grapes used in the making of champagne – 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay – and aged for three years in our cellars. Our most popular varietal, the light yellow/green and the delicacy of the Brut’s bubbles supported by subtle aromas of green apple, lemon, gingerbread and nuts make this champagne the ideal pairing from aperitif to dessert.
Our Reserve is the embodiment of a particular terroir of Champagne. Pinot noir is the prominent grape, expressing its characteristic power, and maturated aromas which come from five years of ageing on the lees. First, white flower and stone fruit and then Danish pastry, bread and honey can be tasted. It is just the beginning of all the aromas, which can develop more with time and patience in your cellar. Stunning served with fruit pastes, gourmet crackers and cheese.
