Our Rosé is created through the addition of red wine so succulent red berry fruit aromas could be achieved without adding too much tannin to our champagne. Thanks to the red wine, you can taste raspberry, strawberry and cherry aromas. This champagne is beautifully paired with white meat, seafood or cheese and berry tarts and desserts and is a luscious salmon pink.

Our Blanc de Blancs is produced from 100% chardonnay grapes. Its flavour shares the perfect balance of minerality, iodine and notes of brioche, and you can even feel some saltiness at the end. Its sourness cleanses your palate every time, making it a great match for fish, pasta with salmon, and scallops.
