Our Brut cuvée is made from the three traditional Champagne grapes: 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, then patiently aged for three years in our cellars.  Our most popular style, it displays a pale yellow-green colour with fine, delicate bubbles.  Subtle aromas of green apple, lemon, gingerbread and nuts unfold on the palate, making this an effortlessly versatile champagne from aperitif right through to dessert.

Produced exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes, our Blanc de Blancs is a study in precision and freshness.  Its flavour profile balances minerality and iodine with gentle notes of brioche, finishing with a subtle saline edge.  The bright acidity refreshes the palate with every sip, making it a superb partner for fish, scallops, or pasta dishes with salmon.
