Our Brut cuvée is made from the three traditional Champagne grapes: 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Meunier and 20% Chardonnay, then patiently aged for three years in our cellars.  Our most popular style, it displays a pale yellow-green colour with fine, delicate bubbles.  Subtle aromas of green apple, lemon, gingerbread and nuts unfold on the palate, making this an effortlessly versatile champagne from aperitif right through to dessert.

Our Rosé is created through the careful addition of red wine, allowing vibrant red berry aromas to shine without excessive tannin.  Raspberry, strawberry and cherry notes burst through the palate, supported by the elegance of the champagne base.  Luscious and salmon pink in colour, it pairs beautifully with white meats, seafood, cheeses, and berry-based tarts and desserts.
